Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior SAP SCM consultant to review and optimize SAP IM/WM/EWM configurations in brownfield environments across New Zealand. You will translate business requirements into functional specs, perform fit-gap analyses, and collaborate with MM, SD, PP, EWM/TM, and Finance on integrations.

Responsibilities include configuring core IM/WM/EWM processes, master data governance, and preparing RICEFW specifications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP Supply Chain functional experience.
• Deep expertise in SAP Inventory Management (IM) — goods movements, physical inventory, stock control.
• Proven hands-on experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) or WM — warehouse structures, bin management, picking, packing and staging.
• Experience working in brownfield / live SAP environments.
• Strong fit-gap analysis and functional documentation skills.
• Experience across SIT, UAT, and regression testing.

Responsibilities

• Review and optimize SAP IM/WM/EWM configuration in a brownfield environment.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice supply chain solutions.
• Configure and support core IM/WM/EWM processes including: Goods receipt, Goods issue, Stock transfers, Inventory control and physical inventory, Warehouse structures, bin management, picking, packing and staging.
• Work with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, EWM/TM, and Finance) on integration touchpoints.
• Prepare functional specification documents for RICEFW objects.
• Integration & Process Improvement: support integration activities including API mapping, testing and functional alignment across supply chain and external systems.
• Analyse end-to-end supply chain processes and identify opportunities for optimisation and automation.
