Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in resource management and environmental law or equivalent in property law with an interest in environmental matters.
• Ability to build credibility quickly and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborative team player with attention to detail and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Subdivisions, land development projects and property transactions.
• Easements, covenants and PWA land acquisition matters.
• Resource consent applications.
• Environmental compliance and regulatory issues.
• Local government and public law issues affecting land use and development.
