Job summary

The Building Intelligence Group in Kirikiriroa (Hamilton) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to strengthen our delivery of Three Waters and infrastructure resilience projects across the Waikato region. You will lead across the full lifecycle, from feasibility through delivery and handover, engaging with complex stakeholders and providing clear client reporting.

Qualifications

• Around 8+ years post‑grad experience in civil engineering, project delivery, or construction management.
• Qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Project Management.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally and regionally.
• Experience delivering civil infrastructure and Three Waters assets.
• Strong leadership coordinating design and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from feasibility through to delivery and handover.
• Issue CI’s, lead meetings and keep clients well informed through reporting.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders and the consenting process.
• Ensure robust contract documentation and health and safety compliance.
