Job summary

The Ministry of Social Development in Wellington is seeking a highly organised Senior Project Coordinator to support a sector workforce development programme within Disability Support Services. You will work with the Programme Manager and leads to deliver objectives, manage plans, and ensure governance processes are followed.

This fixed-term role runs until 30 June 2027, is full‑time, and based at the Wellington National office.

Responsibilities

• Support project and workstream planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
• Coordinate meetings, governance forums, and programme documentation.
• Maintain project plans, risks, actions, dependencies, and registers.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for governance.
• Provide proactive programme coordination and administrative support.
