Job summary

Arvionservices is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead complex fintech initiatives across the full stack. The role is hands-on and strategic, influencing architecture, cloud modernization, and AI-assisted development practices.

The ideal candidate has extensive front-end and back-end experience, strong system design skills, and a proven track record mentoring engineers through technical leadership rather than people management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in production-grade software development.
• Experience across frontend frameworks (Vue.js/React).
• Backend experience with C#/.NET or Java/Kotlin/Go.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX fundamentals, responsiveness, and internationalization.
• Proficient in SQL and relational databases.
• Expertise in architecture, microservices, SOA, and event-driven systems.
• Experience leading complex initiatives as an individual contributor.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot).
• AWS cloud services, modern deployment practices (CI/CD), and serverless concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives across the full tech stack.
• Define and drive technical standards and architecture decisions.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews and guidance.
• Contribute production-grade code for critical systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Compliance, and Engineering.
• Drive modernization to cloud-native architectures.
• Champion AI-powered tools in the SDLC.
• Contribute to scalability, performance, and operational excellence.
