The Building Intelligence Group in Wellington is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of diverse 3 Waters and infrastructure resilience projects. You will manage treatment plants, stormwater, pipelines, pumping stations and associated networks, reporting to clients with strong governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years post-grad experience in civil engineering, project delivery or construction management.
• Experience as consultant or client-side Project Manager acting as the client’s representative.
• Understanding of NZ building regulations and health & safety emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across the full project lifecycle from feasibility to handover.
• Coordinate design and technical teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Issue CI’s, lead meetings and maintain clear client reporting.
• Deliver 3 Waters assets and related infrastructure projects for the client.
