Job summary

Kāinga Ora is seeking a Senior Platform DevOps Engineer to join our ERP Platform team. You will support the ongoing operation of our Oracle E-Business Suite environment while contributing to the Technology Modernisation journey and the adoption of Oracle Fusion Cloud.

You will ensure business-critical services stay stable, secure, and reliable while helping shape the future state of our enterprise platforms for New Zealand's housing sector.

Qualifications

Experience supporting and operating enterprise technology platforms with focus on reliability and continuous improvement.
Proven success leading complex engineering initiatives, including platform upgrades and lifecycle management.
Strong understanding of IT service management, risk management, and secure, resilient services.
Lead, mentor and develop engineers, influence outcomes in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Solve complex technical challenges and influence engineering direction.
Maintain and improve platform stability, security and performance.
Collaborate across technical and business teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
