Job summary

Inspired Education Group is seeking a Senior School Physics Teacher to join ACG Sunderland in Henderson, Auckland, starting Term 1, 2027. The role focuses on delivering Cambridge/NZ curriculum with inquiry-based teaching and a strong emphasis on student engagement.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver units aligned to the NZ Curriculum with accurate assessments and progress records.
Create a positive, well-organised learning environment with purposeful homework and extension tasks.
Design valid assessments, moderate standards, and report progress to students and parents.
Integrate EdTech and contemporary pedagogy to foster problem solving, independence and curiosity.
Provide pastoral care and uphold school expectations.
Collaborate with colleagues, share resources, and contribute to school events.
