We have a unique opportunity for an experienced banking leader to step into a senior people leadership role, leading a team of Relationship Partners who support a diverse portfolio of businesses across the Waikato region.
We are looking for a confident, proactive people leader who can bring the best out of their team. You’ll be a strong communicator and natural coach, with the ability to create clarity, build capability and support strong performance.
You’ll bring strong commercial acumen, sound credit capability and a good understanding of financial products and services. Experience in commercial, business and/or agribusiness banking would be highly valued, along with a proven track record of leading customer-facing teams.
Success will be seen in an engaged and high-performing team that is growing quality business and strengthening BNZ’s presence across the Waikato market.
You’ll play a key role in creating the conditions for your team to succeed, while supporting sustainable growth and strong customer outcomes.
