Job summary

Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora - Te Toka Tumai Auckland invites an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join the Tupu Ora regional eating disorders service. You will work with adults in the day program, community and residential settings, providing clinical leadership within the MDT.

You will oversee an OT Assistant, contribute to assessments and treatments across the continuum, and liaise with community services across Metro Auckland and Northland.

Qualifications

• Registered Occupational Therapist with current Annual Practising Certificate.
• Full and clean NZ driver licence.
• Minimum 4 years post-graduate experience with at least 2 years in the area of eating disorders or related specialty.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an Occupational Therapy Assistant in delivering the eating disorders day program.
• Work within the adult multidisciplinary team providing assessment and treatment across the regional eating disorders continuum.
