Strong communication, time management, and adaptability are essential as you rotate across sites and project types, staying connected with Caliber’s national engineering network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years’ industry experience in machine design.
• Proficient in SolidWorks or Inventor (ideally both).
• Familiar with FEA and engineering analysis.
• Clear written and spoken English; strong client relations.
• Enjoy variety across industries, sites, and projects.
• Hands-on design with involvement in project delivery.
