Job summary

Remote in Auckland is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions for APAC. This full-time, on-site role offers the chance to influence HR strategies across multiple jurisdictions and drive compliant employee offboarding and lifecycle programs.

You will partner with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver expert HR guidance, manage complex terminations, and leverage automation and AI capabilities to enhance workflows in a fast-paced, asynchronous environment.

Qualifications

• HR Advisor/Business Partner with lifecycle experience across multiple jurisdictions.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulatory requirements across regions.
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments and provide practical HR advice.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end offboarding across international jurisdictions with sound guidance.
• Lead meetings with clients and employees; support terminations and separations.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal counsel and government bodies to ensure compliance.
• Draft termination documents and maintain privacy and confidentiality per regulations.
• Drive process improvements and automation in offboarding and employee relations.
