Employer Sponsored Jobs in New Zealand is seeking two experienced Senior Hairdressers to join a growing salon in Auckland. You will cut, colour and style for a diverse client base and work independently while developing professional skills in a supportive salon environment.

Qualifications

• Recognised hairdressing qualification equivalent to NZQF Level 4 or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of professional hairdressing experience.
• Ability across cutting, colouring, foiling and styling.
• Strong practical knowledge of modern hairdressing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional ladies’ and children’s haircutting services.
• Provide blow waves and range of styling services.
• Perform global colour and regrowth applications.
• Complete foiling, highlighting and balayage services.
• Carry out toning and colour correction work.
• Provide hair treatments and smoothing services.
• Consult with clients to understand requirements and recommend services.
• Maintain professional salon standards and client experience.
• Mentor junior team members as needed.
• Support demonstrations, workshops and trainings when required.
