Phocas Software in Christchurch is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join a high-impact team dedicated to evolving our Rebates product. The role offers the chance to influence product direction in a complex and customer-visible domain.

Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in full-stack development with a strong command of React, Java or C#, and familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases. The position supports hybrid working and includes a commitment to continuous professional development.

Formación

• 5+ years of senior-level full-stack experience.
• Proficiency in React and Java or C#.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Cloud experience, preferably with AWS.

Responsabilidades

• Build and evolve features across the stack.
• Work directly with customers to relay their needs.
• Shape the architecture of the Rebates product.
• Set high quality standards for the team.

Conocimientos

Senior full-stack experience with React and Java or C#
