Qualifications

• 5+ years in production-facing roles such as SRE, DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud infra.
• Substantial AWS depth at scale with multi-AZ, multi-account architectures, infrastructure automation, gated change management.
• Fluent, precise English under pressure.
• Hands-on AI-native practice and experience delegating operational work to agents.
• OFAC-clear country of residence.

Responsibilities

• Own incident bridges and triage, diagnosis, mitigation, and restoration with urgency and clarity.
• Engineer autonomous agents and workflows to absorb toil and scale operations.
• Guard production changes through quality gates and rollback plans.
• Perform rigorous root-cause analysis and ship systemic prevention and tracking.
• Turn manual fixes into reusable agent rules, runbooks, and automation.
• Document decisions and operational context for agents and humans.
