Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model selection to identify optimal solutions.
• Evaluate and validate model performance, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and robustness.
• Deploy machine learning models into production environments and monitor their performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to understand data needs and integrate data science solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence.
• Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to building a strong data science culture.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data science projects and methodologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in data science, with a strong focus on machine learning and AI development.
• Proven experience in building and deploying machine learning models in production.
• Expert proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas).
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, data mining techniques, and ML algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning).
• Experience with big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
