Job summary

Altis Consulting Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Data & Analytics leader to join as a Principal Consultant in New Zealand. You will drive complex engagements, shape modern data architectures and guide delivery, while mentoring teams and strengthening client relationships.

You’ll work across data strategy, architecture, engineering and analytics, collaborating with senior stakeholders and the commercial team to identify opportunities and grow Altis’ NZ practice.

Qualifications

Breadth with meaningful technical depth across data disciplines.
Experience leading complex data engagements and shaping solutions.
Ability to communicate business outcomes to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead complex Data & Analytics engagements and guide delivery.
Shape architecture and solution approaches for modern data platforms.
Advise clients on data strategy, architecture, engineering and analytics.
Lead quality and technical reviews of projects.
Mentor consultants and develop talent within the team.
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Partner with commercial teams to identify new opportunities.
