This fixed-term role will support the Tourism Data and Insights Work Programme while helping maintain core tourism data, reporting, stakeholder engagement and data stewardship activities.You will develop and improve tourism data products, dashboards, and analytical tools across the full data product lifecycle from understanding user needs and managing data to analysis, visualisation and delivery. A key focus will be making tourism information accessible, meaningful and easy to use, including through reports, interactive tools and the Tourism Evidence and Insights Centre.Working with colleagues across MBIE and the tourism sector, you will improve data quality, modernise processes, strengthen data storytelling and expand self-service analytics.
