Job summary

Westpac New Zealand is seeking a Senior Cyber Assurance Advisor to join the Cyber Service Group in Wellington. You will provide independent assurance over the effectiveness of cyber security controls and deliver data-driven metrics to track compliance and performance.

As a senior member, you will mentor colleagues, coach others, and support the Service Owner to achieve team objectives while driving a world-class security environment across the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in technology with cyber assurance, vulnerability management and remediation.
• Strong knowledge of web security, networking and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating remediation of critical and zero-day vulnerabilities with vendors and product teams.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and NIST; Jira experience.
