Responsibilities

Recruiting and onboarding staff and building a positive team environment.
Planning, scheduling and assigning work across biodiversity programmes within timelines and budget.
Being part of the District Leadership Team and guiding resource priorities.
Working with Māori/iwi to reach mutually beneficial outcomes.
Managing budgets, outputs, outcomes, and risks.
Collaborating across internal teams and with community partners.
Leading by example with integrity.
