Job summary

Alignerr seeks a Principal Clinical Scientist (AI Training) to lead clinical trial protocol design for regulatory-ready datasets used in AI training. You will interpret results, ensure FDA/EMA alignment, and provide expert feedback to improve AI reasoning about clinical evidence.

The role is fully remote, hourly contract with flexible hours. You’ll collaborate with world-class AI teams and contribute to high-impact biomedical research projects.

Qualifications

• Senior-level clinical scientist with hands-on experience designing clinical trial protocols for regulatory submission.
• Deep expertise interpreting clinical data for major regulatory agencies (FDA/EMA).
• Strong foundation in clinical research methodology and biostatistics.

Responsibilities

• Design and review clinical trial protocols used to generate high-quality datasets for AI training and regulatory submission.
• Interpret and audit clinical trial results, ensuring regulatory compliance and data accuracy.
• Evaluate AI-derived clinical analyses for scientific soundness and regulatory expectations.
• Provide expert feedback to improve AI models' handling of clinical data.
• Bridge the gap between AI systems and rigorous clinical research standards.
