Fulton Hogan is seeking Intermediate and Senior Project Managers to join our Auckland civil business, delivering medium to large-scale infrastructure projects with a focus on reinforced concrete structures. Qualifications

• 8+ years in civil infrastructure
• Proven ability to lead and deliver medium-to-large scale civil infrastructure projects valued $50m+
• Strong ability in budgeting, programming, and contract management
• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams with focus on safety, quality, and environment

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale civil infrastructure projects
• Oversee site management and operations to ensure safe, high-quality work
• Manage client liaison and stakeholder relationships with proactive issue resolution
• Control budgets, drive procurement, and manage contracts to protect margins
• Lead and develop project teams, fostering accountability and a collaborative safety-focused culture
