Novotel Christchurch Cathedral Square is looking for an experienced chef to play a pivotal role in our kitchen, working alongside a fantastic team. You will have a passion for cooking, appreciate using your creativity in the kitchen and keep up with the most recent culinary trends.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in stock ordering.
• At least 3-4 years' experience in a Senior Chef de Partie role.
• Self-motivated and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively within a diverse team.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts including early mornings and late evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations during periods of high activity and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service.
• Innovate and apply creative culinary trends to provide guests with a remarkable experience.
