Job summary

LDE, an AtkinsRéalis Company, based in Tauranga, NZ, seeks a Chartered Senior Civil Engineer to autonomously manage clients and projects from inception through delivery.

Role leads regional civil design, reviews, and leadership across multiple projects with support from national resources. You will mentor teams, drive technical excellence, and grow AtkinsRéalis' Bay of Plenty presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) required.
• CPEng or application process may be considered.
• 7+ years in a consultancy environment with leadership experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil design, reviews and project delivery across the Bay of Plenty.
• Manage a portfolio of residential, commercial and industrial developments.
• Contribute to roading, pavement design and three waters engineering.
• Apply WSUD concepts and coastal/marine structure considerations in design.
• Provide construction management and verification oversight.
• Guide retaining wall and MSE wall design and oversee project teams.
