Archway Recruitment are supporting an organisation that is in the early stages of exploring a new HRIS / Payroll solution, and to support that project they are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping how core people and payroll processes are delivered through modern, fit‑for‑purpose systems and tools.
Requirements
- Define, document, and validate business requirements for the HR and payroll transformation project.
- Translate legislation and policy into business rules and process designs for digital implementation.
- Facilitate workshops with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to identify needs and align priorities.
- Design and improve end‑to‑end business processes, including change impact and operating models.
- Manage business analysis activities across the full project lifecycle, ensuring traceability and delivery quality.
- Provide high‑quality analysis and advice to enable informed decision‑making.
About You
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on transformation or continuous improvement programmes.
- Experience with HR or payroll system implementation or modernisation. This is crucial to be considered!
- Strong business process design, analysis, and documentation capability.
- Skilled facilitator able to elicit and validate requirements from diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including translating technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
- Structured, solutions‑oriented approach and ability to manage competing priorities.
