Vista Group seeks a Senior Business Analyst to drive global product compliance initiatives with precision. You will translate regulatory needs into clear requirements and collaborate across legal, product, engineering and executive teams.
You will own the compliance roadmap, run stakeholder workshops, and ensure timely delivery while balancing business priorities. This role is based in Auckland, New Zealand, offering hybrid working with 2–3 days in the office.

This role is action-oriented, process-driven, and helps maintain trust by balancing urgency with business priorities.
