Job summary

Triton Hearing, part of the Sonova Group, seeks an experienced Audiologist to lead clinical capability and coaching across the region. You will dedicate 24 hours weekly to leadership and education while maintaining hands-on client care and mentoring provisional NZAS members.

Qualifications

• Full NZAS membership and strong private hearing sector background.
• Proven success coaching clinicians and designing learning programs.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to travel regularly across the region, including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one coaching, observation and development support.
• Identify capability gaps and create targeted development plans.
• Facilitate workshops, virtual learning and on-the-job training.
• Support clinicians to enhance clinical, commercial and product performance.
• Mentor provisional NZAS members and guide OSCE preparation.
