Job summary

Transpower New Zealand is seeking a Senior Portfolio Performance Advisor based in Wellington or Christchurch. You will turn complex data into actionable insights, guiding leaders on delivery, risk, value and outcomes across asset, maintenance, resilience and sustainability portfolios to strengthen the National Grid.

You’ll identify emerging risks and trends, track progress against regulatory objectives, and help shape maintenance priorities, budgeting and reporting frameworks to support informed

Qualifications

• Depth of asset management experience in infrastructure/utilities/energy
• Knowledge of risk-based decision making and whole-of-life asset management
• Ability to translate cost, risk, service and asset performance into insights
• Experience developing portfolio measures and data sets for insights
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Provide performance insights across asset and maintenance portfolios
• Turn complex data into clear advice for leaders making decisions about NZ's electricity grid
• Identify emerging risks, opportunities and trends and track delivery against objectives
• Improve reporting frameworks, data quality and governance for reliable decision making
• Support regulatory submissions and budgets and contribute to grid performance improvements
