Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC) in Wellington is seeking a Senior Advisor, Analytics to lead analytics and reporting for People and Culture and the wider Corporate team. This Wellington-based role focuses on dashboards, workforce metrics, and performance reporting to inform decision‑making at the highest levels.

You will uplift data quality, support quarterly reporting and external requirements, and develop AI reporting to inform responsible AI adoption, while collaborating

Competenze

• Demonstrated experience in public sector reporting and performance measurement.
• Understanding of HR data and workforce metrics is advantageous.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI and RStudio is helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Mansioni

• Design and deliver high-quality corporate reporting and dashboards.
• Provide workforce and other data analysis for quarterly reporting, external requirements, and Chief Executive and Executive Leadership Team papers.
• Lead the carbon neutral work programme analytics and reporting.
• Develop and implement reporting on AI to inform decision making and support responsible AI adoption.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and enhance reporting processes and tools.
