The role leads complex initiatives, builds relationships across government and the health sector, and mentors Advisors while contributing to reporting and evaluation frameworks. A master’s or PhD and health-sector experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s or PhD in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience providing proactive, objective, high-quality advice in the health sector.
• Strong ability to manipulate and present data from varied sources and explain insights clearly.

• Prepare high-quality reports, briefings, advice, and correspondence informing strategic priorities in public health and mental health.
• Analyse evidence, data and information to generate clear insights for senior officials and Ministers.
• Lead complex work including performance monitoring, evaluation and reporting frameworks.
• Build positive relationships across the Ministry, government and wider health sector and mentor Advisors.
