The Warehouse Group is looking for a part-time Self Checkout Team Member at Westcity. You will help customers at self-checkouts, guide them to available checkouts, and support loss prevention while keeping areas tidy.

A friendly attitude and good communication are essential, with comfortable standing for long periods. Previous customer-facing experience is beneficial but not required, and a willingness to learn will help you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at self-checkout and ensure smooth operation of the checkout area.
• Guide customers to the next available checkout and respond to their needs with efficiency.
• Support the loss prevention team and keep the area tidy and customer-ready.
• Maintain stock in bags and ensure the area is clean and welcoming.
