Job summary

Arinco is a leading technology consultancy focused on digital transformation and Microsoft partnerships. You’ll deliver end-to-end projects across analysis, design, build and configuration of Modern Work workloads, while sharing knowledge to enhance internal engineering capabilities.

The role demands broad expertise across Intune, security, IAM and compliance, with a consulting mindset and strong communication across all levels.

Qualifications

• Experience across Workplace and Security technologies including Intune, Autopilot, MECM/SCCM, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 10/11, iOS, macOS and Android.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365: Exchange Online/Hybrid, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform and Copilot.
• Expertise in Microsoft Security: Defender suite, Sentinel, Privileged Identity Management, M365 Defender.
• Identity & Access: Entra ID, Conditional Access, IAM governance and hybrid identities.
• Information Security & Compliance: Secure Score, Purview, Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention.
• Content migrations for Microsoft 365 tenants (M365 to M365 or On-Prem to Cloud).
• Scripting: PowerShell, Python, Microsoft Graph.
• Licensing: Microsoft 365 licensing models and cost optimization.
• Consulting experience on customer sites or internal advisory roles preferred.
• Curiosity and strong communication across levels.

• Contribute to internal engineering by developing new offerings and sharing knowledge.

What you’ll do:

With the opportunity to work with customers at different stages in their digital transformation, you’ll play a key role in delivering end-to-end projects across various phases including analysis, planning, design, build and configuration of Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies. You’ll also contribute to our internal engineering culture through your involvement in developing new offerings and knowledge sharing.

Our ideal person will have:

• Experience across a broad range of Workplace and Security technologies, such as:
• Endpoint Management- Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Co-Management, MECM/SCCM, Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 10/11, iOS, macOS and Android operating systems
• Microsoft 365 Platform- Exchange Online/Hybrid, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform and Copilot
• Microsoft Security Solutions- Defender suite (Defender for Endpoint, Cloud, Cloud Apps, Identity and O365), Sentinel, Privileged Identity Management and M365 Defender
• Identity and Access Management- Entra ID, Role based access controls, authentication protocols, Identity Governance, Identity Lifecycle Management, Hybrid Identity configuration, Active Directory, Conditional Access and Entitlement Management
• Information Security & Compliance- Secure Score, Microsoft Purview, Information Protection, Insider Risk Management, Data Loss prevention, Microsoft Priva and Azure Policy
• Content migration- M365 Tenant to M365 Tenant or On-Prem to M365 Tenant migrations for Microsoft 365 platforms (E.g. Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner)
• Telephony- Microsoft Teams, Call-Queues, Auto Attendants, PSTN Calling, Voice Gateways
• Scripting and automation- PowerShell, Python and Microsoft Graph
• Microsoft Licensing- Microsoft Business and Enterprise licensing, consumption models and cost optimisation methods
• Previous experience consulting on customer sites, and/or performing internal consulting roles is preferred
• A consulting mindset, with an ease of communication across broad levels
• Curiosity to keep learning and consider things differently
