Geneva Healthcare is hiring Christmas Casual Support Workers in Auckland to support in-home and community-based services during the busy holiday period. You’ll help people stay independent, assist with personal care, transport, meals, and accompany clients to appointments, with training provided.

Flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays, competitive pay, and ongoing support to help you gain experience while making a real difference in the lives of clients and families.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, disability support, or caregiving preferred.
• Full New Zealand Driver License required.
• Eligible to work in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical and person‑centred support in clients' homes and communities.
• Assist with personal care, meals, transport, and outings.
• Support social participation and accompany clients to appointments.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and document care provided.
