Job summary

The Athlete's Foot is hiring casual sales assistants for the Back to School & Summer season at our St Lukes Store in Auckland. If you love footwear and helping customers find the perfect fit, join our fast-paced team this season.

You'll deliver great service, support stock and online orders, and contribute to hitting sales targets. Availability from mid-November 2026 to mid-February 2027 is essential, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a bonus but not essential.
• Passion for footwear, sport and an active lifestyle.
• A positive, motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

We’re looking for Casual Sales Assistants to join The Athlete’s Foot team for our busy Back to School & Summer season at our St Lukes Store!

What You’ll Do

• Deliver amazing customer service and expert fit advice
• Help customers find their perfect Back to School footwear
• Work towards sales targets and KPIs
• Support stock, online orders and store presentation
• Bring energy, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude every day

What We’re Looking For

• Full availability from mid-November 2026 to mid-February 2027, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day
• Customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential
