This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, oversees staffing, relief cover, timetable management, and coordinating events across the school.

You will work closely with staff to shape systems, maintain the school calendar, and deliver operational excellence, enabling outstanding outcomes for students and community.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily staffing, relief cover, attendance oversight, and operational requirements across the school.
• Lead the development, management, and ongoing refinement of the school timetable.
• Maintain and oversee the annual school calendar and daily communications to staff.
• Support the planning and delivery of school-wide events, examinations, EOTC activities, and key operational functions.
• Provide leadership, reporting, and continuous improvement of operational systems and processes.
