Job summary

Michael Hill Henderson NZ is seeking a full-time Sales Professional (30 hours per week) to drive sales, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and represent a premier jewellery brand in Henderson, Auckland.

You’ll start with a structured 6-week onboarding program to build confidence, product knowledge, and world-class customer service skills, with monthly incentives and rotating shifts to support work–life balance. Team discounts and regional recognition are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Natural people-person who loves creating memorable customer experiences.
• Proven sales experience, including hospitality or/and retail experience.
• Confident communicator with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
• Strong attention to detail and a flair for visual merchandising.
• Reliable, flexible, and eager to learn.
• Availability to work evenings, Sundays and public holidays as required.
• Must be available over the holiday period from now until February 2027.
