About this role

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in the progressive Programmatic Digitalof‑Home (pDOOH) advertising industry. In this role, you will be at the forefront of the digital transformation in outdoor advertising, managing and nurturing client relationships to drive our innovative pDOOH solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic account plans, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or account management, preferably in the digital advertising or related media sectors, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

Your ability to understand and leverage data‑driven insights for campaign optimization will be crucial.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Manage and grow key agency and brand relationships, driving incremental revenue and share of wallet
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new opportunities through proactive outreach and market development
  • Partner with the Trading and Product teams to ensure seamless campaign activation and delivery
  • Become a trusted pDOOH specialist, educating clients on best practices and the value of programmatic capabilities
  • Develop strategic sales plans, forecasts, and reporting to support regional growth objectives
  • Collaborate with global teams to represent the NZ market perspective and influence product enhancements
  • Contribute to client‑facing collateral, case studies, and training materials to support ongoing sales enablement
What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years’ experience in media or digital advertising sales, with a strong preference for DOOH or programmatic experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and managing full‑cycle sales processes
  • Established relationships across New Zealand media agencies and advertisers
  • Strong understanding of RTB, DSPs, SSPs, and the programmatic ecosystem
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment
