Based in Albany with another branch in Manukau, we supply aluminium doors and windows, hardware, fences, louvres, and canopies.

The company is expanding its market across New Zealand and is looking for experienced sales professionals to join our growing team.

Role Description – Sales Manager

This is a full-time on-site position located in Albany or Manukau (North Shore or South Auckland – either location is fine).

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, expanding market share, and achieving sales targets.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and grow the market for aluminium doors, windows, hardware, fences, louvres, and canopies.
  2. Build long-term relationships with customers and distributors, and identify new business opportunities.
  3. Prepare accurate quotations and proposals based on client requirements.
  4. Provide professional advice on aluminium systems and product options.
  5. Lead the sales process from enquiry to closing, and work closely with other departments.
  6. Follow up on projects to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum three years of sales experience in the aluminium, window & door, or building materials industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of quotation processes and aluminium system designs.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  4. Self-motivated, responsible, and goal-driven.
  5. Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  6. Experience using CRM or sales management tools is an advantage.
  7. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Salary
  • This role offers a base salary plus commission.
