Job summary

Totally Wicked Eliquid in Wellington is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in-store. You will process purchases, manage refunds, maintain store standards and stay informed about all products.

The role offers guaranteed contracted hours with the option to accept overtime shifts across our retail network. The ideal candidate is professional, enthusiastic, with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset, able to work

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a retail environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets or KPIs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work across 7 days and adapt to shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service in line with our Mr Wicked Cares structure.
• Accurately process customer purchases to ensure stock accuracy.
• Complete customer refunds and credits.
• Maintain high store standards through cleanliness, presentation and overall store image.
• Keep up to date with, test and demonstrate all of our products.
• Assist with stock counts and highlight discrepancies to the Store Manager.
