Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Robotics Product Specialist for a 12-month contract in Wellington, NZ. You will provide in‑theatre technical and clinical support during knee and hip surgeries using robotic technology, and assist with pre‑operative CT data analysis.

Your role includes acting as the primary contact for surgeons, ensuring seamless workflow, training staff on product use, and maintaining compliant documentation. Regular travel within Wellington may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Allied Health, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Science, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Osteo, Podiatry, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of healthcare/clinical/patient-facing experience.
• Full, unrestricted driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide in‑theatre technical and clinical support during knee and hip procedures with robotic technology.
• Deliver pre‑operative case planning by segmenting and analysing CT data using specialised software.
• Act as primary contact for surgeons and theatre staff to ensure smooth workflow and product utilisation.
• Support day-to-day procedures, maintaining readiness in high‑pressure clinical environments.
• Train healthcare professionals on product use and surgical applications on-site.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and system data for compliance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align case coverage, inventory and scheduling.
