You will sponsor projects, coach PMs, and drive delivery excellence while collaborating with senior stakeholders across the motu.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading project management teams on large-scale transport infrastructure projects.
• Strong capability in governance, sponsorship, and assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a national team of project management professionals within Infrastructure Development & Delivery.
• Embed best-practice frameworks and standards across the portfolio.
• Provide sponsorship oversight for small projects/programmes delivering community benefits.
• Coach and mentor project managers to strengthen governance and delivery outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leaders to influence decisions.
