Higgins Surfacing in Palmerston North is seeking motivated Operator/Labourers to join our permanent, full-time team. This role guarantees a minimum of 40 hours per week and supports chip sealing and asphalt surfacing projects across the region.

Qualificações

• Full Class 1 driver's licence required; Class 2/5 and WTR endorsements advantageous.
• Experience in road surfacing, chip sealing, civil construction, or a related industry preferred.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a crew in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, and wellbeing.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and travel when required.
• Physically fit and able to undertake manual labouring duties.
• A strong work ethic and pride in delivering quality outcomes.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
