Job summary

Fulton Hogan Ltd. is recruiting a Stabilising Operator to join the Waikato-based team in Hamilton. The role involves hands-on operation of stabilisation equipment, cement spreading trucks and watercarts across sites nationwide with travel and some nights away from home.

Candidates must hold a Class 4/5 licence with W, T and R endorsements and have solid experience with construction plant. Safety and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a Class 4 or 5 licence with W, T and R endorsements.
• Experience operating and maintaining construction plant and road trucks is essential.
• A team-focused, proactive approach and strong commitment to safety are required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain stabilising machinery, cement spreading trucks and watercarts.
• Deliver quality work across stabilisation projects on sites around New Zealand.
• Carry out daily plant checks, basic maintenance and report issues early.
• Work closely with your crew to keep jobs moving safely and efficiently.
