Rheumatology Specialist position in Takaka/Golden Bay, Aotearoa New Zealand. The role integrates hospital and primary care and is moving toward Nelson hospital services within the General medicine team.

The post offers involvement in a well-supported regional patient care pathway. The successful candidate will oversee community clinical care, triage referrals, and provide upskilling to General Practitioners during clinics across the Nelson and Marlborough regions.

Formación

• Vocational registration in internal medicine (Rheumatology) with NZMC or higher training in rheumatology.
• Current certificate of completion, RACP MyCPD or equivalent CME.
• Experience in a primary health care setting preferred but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Oversight and support of clinical care across the community.
• Triaging referrals.
• Providing upskilling to General Practitioners during clinics across Nelson and Marlborough.
