Responsibilities

• Supporting: Stand in for Store Manager, motivate and coach the team to grow sales and hit targets
• Mucking in: Unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch, assemble orders
• Delivering great service: Provide a great customer experience with a smile, coach the team
• Asking questions and building relationships: Ensure customers leave with everything they need
• Building a fun working environment: Maintain product availability and high branch standards, create an engaging workplace
