Job summary

Dev New Zealand Limited - Hamilton store is seeking a full-time team member. You will open and close the shop, deliver proactive customer service, and handle cash with daily reconciliations. The role includes stock restocking, some heavy lifting, and contributing to social media content.

Working 32–42 hours across Monday to Sunday, weekend and holiday shifts are required. Barista training will be provided, and forklift training is a benefit.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays.
• Reliable with cash handling and end-of-day reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store.
• Provide customer service and assist with inquiries.
• Handle cash and perform end-of-day reconciliations.
• Coordinate with logistics and procurement for stock levels.
• Clean the store and perform light lifting.
• Work weekends and public holidays as required.
• Assist with in-store marketing and social media content.
