Job summary

OPSM Thames is hiring a Part Time Retail Associate to join our store team for 10 hours per week. Optical experience is welcome but not required; we provide comprehensive training to help you deliver outstanding customer service and eyewear selection.

You will help customers style high-fashion frames from brands like Chanel, Ray-Ban, Prada and Gucci, while embodying a welcoming, inclusive store culture and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Optical experience would be ideal, but we are a people business and open to someone new to our industry – we provide world class training to ensure you feel supported and confident providing our customers with an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear styling and personalisation decisions.
• Guide customers through a premium in-store experience while showcasing luxury brands.
