Job summary

EssilorLuxottica's OPSM Dunedin team is seeking a Part Time Retail Associate to join our Dunedin store for 25 hours per week. Optical experience would be ideal, but we are a people business and welcome someone new to the industry—world-class training is provided to help you shine with customers.

You will guide customers through eyewear choices, handle transactions, and contribute to a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in eyewear is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to learn and be trained on optical products.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear selection and styling.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and answer product questions.
• Work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional in-store experience.
• Support training and onboarding as needed.
