About the Role

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be the welcoming face of our store - helping customers explore new favourites, answering product questions, and creating a memorable shopping experience. You’ll support daily store operations, maintain beautiful displays, and contribute to a positive, high‑performing team culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering friendly, personalised service and beauty advice
• Assisting customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases
• Operating the POS system and processing transactions accurately

• Replenishing stock, rotating products, and supporting merchandising
• Receiving deliveries and ensuring shelves are fully stocked

• Following company policies, including returns, exchanges, and safety procedures
