Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver Efficient Checkout Service: Accurately scan and pack orders, minimise wait times, and handle refunds courteously.
• Engage and Resolve Customer Needs: Create positive customer interactions, respond to queries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Support Cash Management: Assist with cash office activities including banking, reconciliations, and investigating variances.
• Maintain Store Standards & Safety: Ensure store areas are clean, organised, uphold uniform standards and safety protocols.
• Contribute to Service Improvement: Provide feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.
